Managing Director

Roger established Gauntlet Risk Management Ltd in 1994 and shortly afterwards established Gauntlet Health & Safety Ltd after “several” years working for two large insurance companies in underwriting and sales roles.

His main role is managing the continued growth of the business and he spends equal time consulting on health & safety issues and managing the insurance arrangements for our larger corporate clients.

Roger is a bit of an adrenaline junkie and when he’s not studying for more qualifications he’s likely to be found jumping out of planes, scuba diving, wakeboarding or hurtling down a mountain on his snowboard.
